I am not sure where I'll be taking this blog. Those of you that know my personal site, know that I can wonder quite often. We'll buckle up and see where this monster truck takes us, how's that sound?
As a start, I'm Mike Cowen. After 6 years and change with the US Marines and a brief stint as a Toys R Us manager, I've been with Stars for a few months now. Dates are not important here. Events are. So to re state it; I've been with Stars for 4 events. Burbank, Baltimore, Jacksonville and DC. As they say in the NBA, "I love this game". The opportunity to seek and destroy for 6 weeks to get these motivated companies on board is hard work but the privilege to see it all come to fruition at the event locations is an unreal and a welcome challenge.
I'm looking forward to letting those of you that read my small little piece of the Internet here see what happens from a ground pounders point of view. With a background in Avionics (UH-1N & AH-1W) and recruiting with the Marines I think i bring a healthy piece of the puzzle to Military Stars. Hopefully I can do the same here. Thanks in advance for spending your time with me and lemme know if I am wasting it or making it worth the mouse clicks.

MC -- You are definitely worth the mouse clicks. We appreciate all of your efforts, opinions and anecdotes and enthusiasm. To anyone reading this...."don't turn that dial!"
